CALL FOR REVIEW OF JTF DECLARATION OF TOMPOLO AS WANTED.

1.     The Delta State Government by way of carrying everybody along, the military Joint Task Force (JTF) and Chief Government Ekpemupolo a.k.a Tompolo as local collaborator, have been partners working separately and jointly to achieve public peace in Delta State.

2.     Tompolo, as local collaborator, has been a dependable ally of Delta State in securing peace in the waterways by both Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan and the JTF. There is no gainsaying the obvious that Tompolo’s leadership structure has been largely relied upon on several occasions to achieve the relative peace in Delta State.

3.     The JTF relied on Tompolo as local collaborator to clear the waterways of criminals resulting in the arrest of John Ipoko.

4.     Tompolo, as local collaborator, is the kingpin of the success of the peace efforts of Delta State Waterways Security Committee commissioned and funded by Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta State.

5.     The JTF and the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) relied on Tompolo, as local collaborator, for the rescue of their abducted staff Nelson Ujeya by the Letugbene community in Bayelsa State, August 20, 2006 where in the patriotic mission, several of his boys were killed by the JTF.

6.     FROM THE FOREGOING, TOMPOLO CANNOT RIGHTLY BE SAID AS PUBLIC ENEMY NUMBER ONE IN DELTA STATE.

In the kingian nonviolence spirit of win-win, instead of win-lose, we call on the Federal Government to rely on the foregoing rapport and prevail on JTF to please soft-pedal and review the declaration of Tompolo as a wanted person.

Chief (Dr.) Bello Oboko
President, FNDIC.
